Titus Newbiggin

From The Great Outdoor Fight

Jump to: navigation, search

Titus Newbiggin (born 1916, deceased 1957) was the adopted son of condom magnate J. Peter Schlongly. Hardened by an early childhood spent fighting for food with other street children, Newbiggin's performance in the 1942 fight was characterised by an unflinching and tenacious drive to win captaincy of an army on the first day and thereby secure the turkey banquet. He was one of the first to refuse his soldiers their share of the turkey.

In the late 1940s Newbiggin came under suspicion as being the 'Jolly Wang Strangler' who terrorised the San Francisco area with a series of bizarre strangulations. Condoms were stretched taut and used to silently strangle the victims, who without exception had fallen afoul of Newbiggin at most one week prior to their deaths. It was speculated that Newbiggin's bloodlust had not been sated by his participation in the fight, and that this was his outlet. Such claims were never proven.
