Railroad Spike
From The Great Outdoor Fight
The Railroad Spike is a technique which was used only once in the Fight, during Marc Burkett's famous rally in day three of the 1994 GOF. Burkett knocked down his opponent "Giddy" Lawrence Giles with a kick to the chest; then, leaned over and, stepping on his stunned opponent's ankles, he pulled off his feet, first the left, then the right. Removing the right shoe and sock to get a better point, he then used the left foot to hammer the right deep into Giddy Lawrence's chest, pulling on it a couple times to ensure it was secure. Doctors were unable to remove the foot, and so it stayed with Giles the rest of his life.
