Merryman's Daniel Closure
From The Great Outdoor Fight
"The Reverend" Jeremiah Merryman's second famous takedown. Merryman's Daniel Closure refers to Merryman's use of Wilford Geldum's jawbone, previously used in his Sampson Assault against Wilford Geldum, in an all out attack on Johnny "Snakeskin" Lakesbin. driving the sharp point of the edge of the mandible up through Snakeskin's jaw, through the roof of his mouth and into his sinuses, Merryman shouted "God locked the Lion's jaw for Daniel! Seems I can do the same with a snake!" and choked Snakeskin to death, thereby winning the 1959 Fight.
