From The Great Outdoor Fight
One of the turning points in the Great Outdoor Fight. 1907 was a year when both Buck Faast and his Triskadekans found a new way to scheme (and stab) their way to a victory, and the year that Eliza Waddle was mercilessly beaten to death. This caused an outcry that threatened to change the structure of the Fight, though in the end the organizers were able to take care of the public impressions before they derailed what the Fight was becoming.
