Damion Newberg (January 31st 1962 - present) was the Champion of the 1991 Great Outdoor Fight is an American-born but Israeli-raised Jew. He joined the Israeli Defense Force in 1980 at the age of 18, and was placed in a special forces unit where he saw action often.
