Cold Hands Coleman
From The Great Outdoor Fight
Reginald "Cold Hands" Coleman was perhaps the most experienced and strongest member of the Blood Mercenaries outside of "Snakeskin" Lakesbin and Wilford Geldum themselves. Also like Snakeskin and Geldum, Coleman accepted a bribe to lay down for Chris Matta in the 1958 Fight, though as a much lower ranked fighter he wasn't offered nearly so much.
Cold Hands died in the 1959 Fight, when 1959 Fight Champion Jeremiah Merryman broke his neck while Coleman and the other Blood Mercenaries were ganging up four-on-one on Dwight Berkheimer. He stood 8th last standing.
[edit] Record
- 1957 - eliminated day 3, 23rd left standing.
- 1958 - eliminated day 3, 17th left standing. (laid down)
- 1959 - eliminated day 3, 8th left standing (deceased)
